• For mortice knobs – Where possible we recommend a minimum latch / lock, depth of 102mm To clear your knuckles away from hitting the stop on the door frame, when closing the door.

• These door knobs are half sprung.

• For internal doors fitted with mortice knobs that need to be locked via a key we recommend fitting a horizontal mortice sash lock.

• For bathroom or WC doors fitted with mortice knobs that need to be locked via a thumbturn & release lock we recommend fitting a horizontal mortice bathroom lock into the door.
